difference and collaboration

Differences between team members are the source of both the benefit and the friction in a collaboration.

The beauty of collaboration lies in the fact that the team members can complement each others.

But in the same time, it costs time and energy for the members to communicate and acknowledge each other’s opinions and contributions.

An effective collaboration must have a build-in mechanism to amplify the complementary, while encouraging and facilitating the opinion exchange.
